I held several roles at IPS 2025.  First, I was an IPS Global Ambassador taking a Delegation of individuals from Central Florida and the Philippines (Yes, the Philippines) to experience the atmosphere of over 18,000 attendees and make worldwide connections via networking and attending sessions.  Secondly, I was a Speaker on several platforms.  The first was speaking to Institutional Investors from around the world on “The Real Estate Market Cycle: How to take Advantage of Opportunities in Every Market Cycle.”  I also spoke on two panels supporting the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).  This esteemed organization of women Realtors held an inaugural day of Women Empowerment within IPS 2025.  It was great to speak about Women in Commercial Real Estate #Commercial and Beyond” and “She Builds Wealth.”  Each of these panels were excellent platforms for Women empowerment in Real Estate.  Finally, I was an Exhibitor showcasing the importance of investing in Orlando, Florida. Currently, Orlando is in an expansion cycle of Real Estate development and opportunities abound for Investors and Buyers looking to live in Central Florida.
